So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heater provides enough warmth that 5 of us could eat dinner, spaced 6 feet apart in 52 degree weather. Doubt it will work at 45 degrees but will give it a try. The igniter never worked. Customer service was great and was willing to replace the entire head. But we decided to just light it manually.

Product died after first night

BROKE AFTER THE FIRST USE. I was able to get this thing installed and lit the first time (took a few tries, but eventually it worked). After the first night, the product simply no longer works. No matter what I try, I cannot get the unit lit again. The spark is working, but there is no gas going to the spark. I tried replacing the LP tank, to no avail. Perhaps something in the mechanics of the head got overheated when we were using it the first time. No matter the reason, the heater just won't work anymore. Hoping Jet customer service will help to deal with this. It's now just a heavy hunk of metal.
