I've used this sweetener 6 or 7 times since getting it in the mail. It is many times sweeter than sugar with no aftertaste. Since the manufacturer says that it in no way spikes insulin levels, this product is certainly a win/win for anyone wanting to use less sugar.

This is by far the best substitute sugar I have ever used. I use it to make sugar free cheesecakes and you cannot tell the difference between it and the real sugar. It is a little pricy but worth the cost if your looking to cut back on sugar. Great for diabetics.
