Good for the beginning phase
These work well for me during the beginning phases after RNY surgery. There are easy to take and the taste wasn't that bad. However, After 2 months, I'm starting not to like the aftertaste. I have 1 more month then I will switch to the capsules. The good thing is all of my blood work came back in normal ranges. I'm actually no longer considered anemic, which is awesome. They work well but just keep in mind that you may have a chalky aftertaste after using them for a while. But the taste is not a deal breaker.

Vitamin Pack
I have been taking the multivitamin one for a few months. I recently had surgery so now I am on the chewable. They taste great and gives me the sensation of chewing. The capsules were easy to swallow, and kept my levels in check as well. I would recommend this product to anyone!!
