Drylok Latex Base Masonry Waterproofer Latex Interior/Exterior Smooth Finish White 5 Gal

Was in the process of replacing my flooring and noticed dampness under the old flooring in one room. We live in a slab foundation home in Tampa Bay Florida. I dried the room out with my dehumidifier and painted drylok extreme on the slab, continued to lay the new laminate flooring. Then 2 hurricanes hit us weeks apart. We had 18" of rain with Milton. The yard was a swamp for the next week. Zero damp in the room I put the flooring down in over the drylok. Weeks later, no rain since Milton, I'm pulling up tile in the bedroom. so much moisture still in the slab. My dehumidifier hasn't stopped in a week. I will be painting that floor with Drylok Extreme here shortly. I'll also be applying it to the edges of the slab outside. I'm sold. This really works. I went to 5 stores that do have the product. 4 stores were sold out. Every other concrete sealer was still available. People know what's good and what works.
