False Advertising false size chart

I Bought a 4xl Pant that is supposed to be a 58 waist and received a Chinese measurement 38 waist that is smaller than what was advertised in the size chart, I am highly disappointed, and concerned of why Walmart is not holding these retailers accountable for their false advertising of these retailers regardless if they are third party or not Walmart they are using your brand name to sell their products on your site.
