Great POE switch
This switch has been great! I power POE cameras and a POE access point with it and also handles a wired LAN without breaking a sweat. The web interface is pretty good as well in making VLANs and such. Wish it did 802.3ad LACP but I knew this going in when I bought it. I would recommend this switch to my friends and family.

Excellent/ Needs Improvement
I only say needs Improvement because the setup and packaging notes leaves a lot to be desired. The system and capabilities are awesome. I really do live the product. I had to do a lot of research on my own just to use this product though. A user manual with detailed instructions and breakdowns. Directories to links for more information. Explaining the setup and IP Adress issues I ran into. These would be phenomenal resources. There was a disk with some pdf pull downs. Yet that was also not new user friendly either. If you want this thing to be accessible to more people always remember, KISS. Keep it simple stupid. Not calling you dumb, it's just the phrase. What this system allows me to do in my home network is astonishing and I am only at the tip of the iceberg. Still discovering more and thinking about what I can add in the future. I have some ideas on a simple user interface that could simplify interacting with this device. Either on paper or electronic. Maybe that doesn't matter to your business model though so I digress. All in all a great product. Thank you.

Work horse device.
The Netgear JGS524PE-100NAS is a great device. Uptime is 100%. We have replaced other brands such as Intellinet with the Netgear device because of its reliability. If you need a 24 port switch with POE capability this is the device used for all occasions and the price works.
