So our other shower head was dying apparently, and as a spur of the moment decision I purchased this one, and although you do have to take the plastic regulator out of it a lot of people don't know to do this because if you leave it in you don't get a lot of water going through, but it's an easy fix just pull the white plastic piece out of both ends and you're good to go. so hooking it up is really easy too, the only reason why I needed help is because I'm short and I couldn't reach where the shower head needed to go in. but that wasn't a problem either. my very first shower with it I felt so clean I mean I haven't felt that clean in years. it's not like all of their self was taken off of me that had accumulated. now I actually look forward to jumping in the shower and I don't have to run around trying to get wet. a different nozzle speeds especially as a pulse on your sore muscles feel so good. it's definitely worth looking at it. and it does a lot better than my expensive one that I had did. sometimes expensive is not better.
