Mounting and suction cup maintenance: 1) Thoroughly clean your window, making sure the window is completely dry and free from residue. 2) Clean the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Dry suction cups completely. 3) Regularly clean your window and suction cups, monthly is recommended. HELPFUL HINT: Warm suction cups are easier to mount than cold. Try soaking the suction cups in hot water or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to help warm!

K&H Limited One Year Warranty; Our warranty is as follows: K&H Manufacturing warrants to the original consumer, that this product will be free of defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s liability hereunder is limited to replacement of the product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, tampering, or other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship. To exercise your warranty: If, during the warranty period, your product malfunctions, return it to the place of purchase with your original purchase receipt. If this cannot be done, return the product, postage prepaid, to K&H Manufacturing, with dated proof of purchase or original date receipt. A return authorization number, obtained by calling (719) 591-6950 must accompany all returns to manufacturer. Please include a note explaining the problem when returning the product.

Product wide -- mounts on wide windows or sliding glass door only. Have 4 cats -- unfortunately, none have shown interest in it -- even placed catnip inside track -- nothing. I'll give another week then give to my sister who has 30 cats. One of those, bound to play with it.

This has an area on the middle left that is closer together than the rest of it and the ball will pass it so most of it is useless and boring. Only one ball included, not two like the photo implies.
