Looks great, one flaw (as stated by others)

My wife and I love the look of this tub filler. We searched for weeks for just the right one! Great looking, with one issue. A few months in, I noticed the bathroom floor had water all over it. We actually thought that the tub was leaking. As it turned out, when filling up the tub, the handshower was the leaky culprit. Looking at Moen and other websites, it turns out that others experienced the same issue. I usually leave the handshower in the tub while filling it, but sometimes forget - and you guessed it - water on the floor again. After much procrastination, I finally contacted Moen, and they are sending out a part they are confident will fix it (flow cartridge, part 252005). Moen's customer service is excellent; they shipped out the replacement part at no cost. Time will tell if this is the fix for the leaky handshower. I hope so, as everything else about this tub filler is fantastic. I would hesitantly recommend this tub filler for its overall look. (With the obvious caveats about a possibly leaky handshower)

Looks nice, but performs poorly

I had this installed 11 months ago. 10 months ago, the handheld started leaking. I worked with my dealer and installer to get this fixed. They have ordered parts 3 times, and 3 times, the wrong parts have been sent and I still have a leaking handheld portion of this tub filler. I have taken to wrapping the pullout knob with paint tape to hold it tight enough to prevent leaking, But that means my Matte Black tub filler has a wide stripe of blue paint tape near the top, where everyone, my wife most importantly, can see it and be annoyed daily. Still waiting for Moen to figure out that this fixture is Matte Black and the exact model # so they can send the correct parts, since every time myself or my dealer/plumber contact them, they send the wrong stuff.

Looks sleek but disappointed

We purchased this to go into our master bath in our new home. Looked great and worked fine the first few uses. Now very frustrating, the handheld continuously dribbles when you have it on the fountain to fill the tub. It has something to do with the button/knob that you use to switch it back and forth. If I apply pressure to it, it slows down the dribble, but never fully stops it. The floor behind the tub always results with a giant puddle
