I learned about it when I was told I had endometriosis. fast forward a little over 10 years and I'm now in menopause. this product helps support balanced estrogen metabolism which endometriosis feeds on, and is also known to mess with your hormones. The best support for hormonal balance
dim is hands down the best supplement ive taken to deal with the unpleasant effects of estrogen dominance. i notice an almost immediate difference once i start taking them, and its very apparent if i go a while without. for me, it helps with irritability and moodiness, but the longer i take it, the other benefits become evident, like lighter cycles, less to no pms, effortless weightloss, hair growth, etc. and walmart seems to have this for a great price. 10/10 would recommend
