I followed Americas Test Kitchen reviews %26 this unit checks all the boxes. One of the favorite things is the ability to custom set time %26 temp. All functions are basicly the same except dehydrate. I use Roast most often with temp of my choice. This unit is largish in size but managable. It is an attractive unit and good value for money. I am a single person household. This unit would cook for 2 very well. I am using this much more than my excellent range oven. Has me cooking more and a greater range of food. Looking forward to air fried tofu and falafels. I have not cooked bacon yet but shall soon. Fish %26 Chips are great!!!

Use this cooker daily, just the right size for two people. Sits securely on the worktop and easy to view progress on cooking. We cook sausages, bacon and tomatoes for Sunday breakfast. Great for sirloin steaks, BBQ joints, French fries, roast potatoes, parsnips and for baking eggs (boiled egg). Grills brilliant toasties and paninis. Great for reheating saved meals. Glad manufacturers haven't changed design so its simple to use if you need to change it.
