Easy to install. Nice appearance.
I chose this because it's made by Moen and because of the simplicity of the design. Installation was very straightforward - can't get much simpler. The screws have thread lock already applied where needed so I'm not concerned about them coming loose. I like that all of the parts you touch are solid metal. The handle feels nice and heavy. I just installed a Moen 1222 cartridge in the rough valve so everything works smooth and looks beautiful now!
