Poor Performance
This shower head was sent as a warranty replacement for a 5 year old shower head that was leaking from the top of the fixture while showering. I was told that my old shower head had been redesigned and this was the replacement. The old shower head has 12 nozzles and is a 2.0 GPM fixture. The new shower head only has 8 nozzles and has been reduced to 1.75 GPM. I installed the new shower head and used it one time. What a disappointment! The water footprint is much smaller and has very poor pressure. I was so upset I removed the new fixture and reinstalled my old leaky shower head. I would rather deal with the leaky shower head that put up with the poor performance of this shower head.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the lowered 1.75 gpm ( gallon per minute) at 80PSI flow rate. The shower head is designed to conserve water. We do offer shower heads with 2.5 gpm flow rates which may be more of what you're looking for. You can view the models on the website. Please check the back of the shower head to make sure the debris screen is correctly in place. You also may want to check it for debris. The H2O flow should sculpt water into a unique wave pattern, giving you 3X the coverage of a standard shower head with a powerful flow.
