Seems pretty solid.... It's a 2 pc. set, where others are one pc. where the "T" locking lug is connected with the body, this is separate so you attach the "T" lock to the computer tight (where others have play in-between the computer and lock) then you attach the main body (lock) itself to the "T" bolt making it easy to disconnect and leave the lock so if you want to carry the laptop around. The disconnecting is done with the button and can re-attach without you even really locking the lock, or activating the code and it looks like it's locked. You set your own 4-digit code easy, and change anytime you like.

What I Have Been Waiting For
Just setup this lock last night and have to admit that I like it. Initially, I was hesitant to buy a new laptop lock, because my older one encountered an incident where I had to pay someone to cut it off. This however, is much easier (no key needed!) as all you have to do is remember any four digit number you regularly use (but not too easy to guess. *wink*wink*). What stood out the most for me though, was how easy the instructions where to read. Usually, I have a difficult time with instructions for these type of things, but it was very straightforward. Got it out of the box and on my computer in about ten minutes. Planning to buy another one for my netbook.
