a trip saver for sure, but still side effects
I get terrible motion sickness. This helps tremendously- its a bit of a life saver/trip saver. I start taking the night before a big trip for best results. I do get a side effect of a odd feeling after taking for a couple of days, its a blah feeling with a tad of drowsy. The side affects are minimal and way better than the other formula , but 25mg a day is all I can handle , I took 50 mg daily a few times and I was miserably tiered. Bought this for our Cruise. I get very sick on boats. I took one tablet the evening before and one the next morning. I never felt drowsy after taking this. The first night, the waves were very choppy and we could feel the ship was going up and down, side to side, but I never got sick. I also used this with the pressure point wrist bands for nausea.
