I'm sure you can buy better insoles if you shell out more money but for $15 these are solid. I had some solidly built sneakers that came with crappy insoles and these make them feel like a different shoe. Very good arch support and cushioning!

This sole inserts are amazing for my athletics shoes and everyday boots! They balance me posture and give me great comfort in my feet. They also, give my knees a break from all the hard surfaces. I use them in all the sports I compete in, as well as ranch chores. I wish Wal*Mart still sold them in store.

These are the only things that alleviate the non-stop neuropathy pain across the bottom/front of both feet. With these in place I'm able to play 90 minutes of tennis. I'm grateful for this fine product!
