OLD VERSION of INSERTS NOT new. Prepare yourself.

I really love these inserts and have purchased MANY pairs of them. They fit well and REALLY support your feet. My problem is the fact that this seller sent the old version of the insert and sold it for the new version and did NOT make that plain in details. REALLY disappointed that happened and WILL NOT EVER order from them again.

Good for older, heavier runners

These things are very helpful for old, fat runners. Some arch supports can overdo and actually hurt your ankles, but amount of arch support in these is just right. The cushion is soft but durable, and I've never had them delaminate with one of the layers becoming a painful, rolled-up wad under my foot. My only concern is that the company might change the recipe at some point.
