Instructions
1) Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
2) Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
3) Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

I did not realize the nice, new, comfy shoes I bought was lacking in arch support until my heels were in so much pain. after some research decided to order Dr Scholls plantar fasciitis insoles. Great relief! I will order again. I wear size 9 shoes, but I didn't need to trim the insoles...so I would recommend: measure before cutting.

What to say. It is Dr. Scholl well known and well estimated by consumers and there is reason for it. It is good quality and it is really doing what it is recommended for. Plantar Fasciitis and I would add more it is good arthritis at least my wife feel relief when using it in the shoes. So I highly recommend it .
