Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

I was work I ng two jobs, and one of them required a lot of standing on concrete. These insoles were cheap enough that I gave them a shot. Definitely still struggle with foot and lower back pain, but nothing compared to what it was. also thankful that they extended the life of my favorite shoes. Bought my first pair in January and was just thinking about a fresh pair for 2026.

i have 6 pairs of these inserts in various shoes and boots and I Iove them! I have RA and Osteoarthritis,extreme flat feet, and bone spurs, in addition to missing a toe. I need a complete foot reconstuction. These insoles have been a lifesaver for me! The pain in my feet is reduced by 90% percent!

This insert is definitely for a heavier set woman with a wide foot. I really appreciate the EXTRA firm support and can walk all day in these inserts. I would not use them for a narrow shoe. They are best in a wide athletic shoe..
