I was work I ng two jobs, and one of them required a lot of standing on concrete. These insoles were cheap enough that I gave them a shot. Definitely still struggle with foot and lower back pain, but nothing compared to what it was. also thankful that they extended the life of my favorite shoes. Bought my first pair in January and was just thinking about a fresh pair for 2026.

I bought a couple pair of cheap shoes because they were cute. But I knew I would need some inserts to help with support. Both shoes had inserts I could remove and replace with these. They have been working well to provide the needed support and elevated my cheap shoes to decent and comfortable shoes. My feet have the needed arch support to remain comfortable. One reason I bought these over other options was the heel support. There is a moderate level of cushion on the heel that is helpful. I recommend using the inserts that came with the shoe to see were you should cut these to fit your shoe. There are general guidelines on the inserts, but using the inserts that came with the shoe will give you a more true to size fit.
