The medicated discs contain salicylic acid to help remove the wart and the cushioning pads relieve pain. This package contains 24 medicated discs and 24 cushioning pads. Wash affected area. May soak wart in warm water for 5 minutes. Dry area thoroughly. If necessary, cut medicated disc to fit wart. Apply medicated disc, dark sticky side on skin, directly over war. Cover medicated disc with cushioning pad. Repeat procedure every 48 hours as needed (until wart is removed) for up to 12 weeks.

Although I can definitely feel the sticky circle and the cushion, it relieved my pressure and pain immediately. I have been keeping them on for 24-48 hours each (they stick really well!) and putting on a new one after giving it a few minutes of air. I can already tell the podiatrist will be pleased with how my plantar wart looks the next time I go in for it to be checked!
