Instructions
1. Ensure the roller head is securely inserted into the unit before use. Do not use without the roller head attached.
2. Turn ON by using the button on the front and gently glide over hard skin. The dead skin will gradually exfoliate. Do not press too hard or the device will stop.
3. Turn device OFF and check feet to see if the desired smoothness has been achieved – if not, repeat process. WARNING: Do not use in the same area for more than 3-4 seconds at a time. STOP if skin becomes sore or inflamed.
4. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin particles.
5. Thoroughly dry skin and apply moisturizer.

This thing right here was one of the best self-care investment I have ever purchased! I purchased this to use with O'Keeffe's for Healthy Feet Intensive Healing Balm for a stubborn callus that I could not get rid of, and the results were almost immediate. Within two days, my callus had diminished so much so that I can now start going back to get pedicures. The pedicures had only made the rest of my foot soft, but the callus remained rough even when they used their professional electric file. The fact that it came with batteries was a plus too. Since I ordered the filer and the balm online and had them delivered to my house, I was able to use them right away and start seeing immediate results.
