Does the trick.
I use these every day for work. I'm on my feet all day. The cushion doesn't seem like it would help much, but it really does. I've forgotten to use it before and WOW, what a difference. I don't even notice the bunion, there's no pain or discomfort, while using these cushions. Also, I can get several uses from each one.
