I've got one of these race car seat looking seats and they're flat and hard. I've tried 2 other cushions, a softer foam and a harder foam, but the good Dr has outdone them. It feels good, solid but not hard, not just a squishy block that goes flat in 20 minutes. It has greatly increased the comfort of that chair, i won't hesitate from buying another for another chair
