Disappointed with delivery by USPS or other

This pack of Dr. Pepper was not picked up in my pick-up order. It arrived through the USPS or some other delivery service. The package was damaged and one can had been damaged with leakage somewhere during the delivery time. I don't know why it wasn't available for pick-up because it is not an unusual product. I was very disappointed that a full 12-pack was paid for, but I received only 11 cans.
