Dr. Brown's Gripebelt baby belly band safely soothes little one's upset tummy. The doctor-designed adjustable heated tummy wrap provides warmth and a gentle compression to help comfort an upset stomach. The baby heating pad uses extra-soft fabric to comfort your baby, while the soft, snuggly Lamb keeps baby engaged. The Gripebelt belly band provides comfort externally without the struggle of giving baby medicine or medication. And it's easy to use! Simply warm the clay pack in the microwave for 10 seconds, insert the warmed pack into the belt, and secure the adjustable band to gently compress baby's belly. The clay pack can also be frozen and used as an ice pack. To clean, connect the fastener strips together and machine wash delicate. Tumble dry low. 0m+. Warning: Product can cause burns if too hot or left on for too long. Remove immediately at any sign of irritation or distress. Do not leave on during sleep. Do not secure strap too tightly. 1. Warm microwave the clay pack for up to 20 seconds - see clay pack for more instructions. 2. Swaddle secure adjustable band (fit 2-3 fingers between belly and band) to gently compress the midsection. 3. Engage distract with soft black & white plush toy to help stimulate baby's vision. Cleaning: Wipe clean. Do not machine wash. Hand wash only. Air dry. Inspect all components of the Gripebelt before each use. If any damage is detected discontinue use.

this def helps i put it in the microwave for 20 seconds leave it for like a minute or two ab 15 minutes after i take it off my daughter a bowel movement happens i dk how ppl are saying it burned their kid its pretty hard to do if u monitor it which u should be doing anyway

This works surprisingly well when my 3mo has an upset stomach. It helps her calm down and rest. It is essentially just a hot pack with a band, but the clay pack works better at retaining heat than the gel hot/cold packs.
