Sleeping Supplement
As I've aged (almost 60), deep sleep isn't the same as it used to be. After some research, I learned that taking magnesium glycinate would help improve my sleep. I tried a few of the popular name brands, and they were ok, but then I discovered Dr. Berg's brand when I watched his health videos. I trust him and therefore trust his supplements. I sleep much better, and I'd recommend the supplements to anyone who struggles with sleep at night.

Game Changer
As someone who regularly clocks in less than 6 hours of sleep nightly for the past 4 years, THIS is a game changer. I find myself actually being relaxed and sleeping more soundly than I have in years. I combine this with the D3/K12 supplement and I now have to go to bed earlier. It's been that good! If it hadn't been for coming across Dr. Berg by accident on Youtube, I would never have known.
