I have very long damaged hair and this shampoo and conditioner rejuvenates and seems to heal it every time I use it to wash my hair!! And if I put my hair in a pony tail or clip after washing and allowing it to dry almost completely, when I take the clip out 2 days later, it still smells and clean! My thin, color treated, senior hair does the best with this shampoo %26 conditioner. washes clean and conditioner conditions without weighing down my long thin hair or making it oily.
