I've used this product for a while now. Maybe 1+year. My hair was a dry mess prior to using this shampoo. Now my hair feels softer and less like hair without constantly having to condition it. Less split ends, less damaged look. My hair also looks thicker. If you like a thick lather from your shampoo, this shampoo will give you that. If not, you will need to thin it out a little.
