leaks and worse

the price is right, but the jar doesn't seal properly. I used it yesterday for the first time to take hot soup to work. The steam must have loosened the lid (I heard it hissing), my soup spilled all over my bag, and my car smelled like rotten food...had to go buy lunch after i dumped everything in the garbage...
