Dorcy LED Replacement Light Bulb, 30 Lumen

I ordered the Dorcy 30 lumen LED bulb to use in my Maglight 2D flashlight. Installation of the LED bulb was as simple as replacing the old bulb. The beam from the flashlight is MUCH brighter with the LED than with the old bulb. The beam is still focusable like it was with the old bulb. My Maglight uses 2 "D" cell batteries. I use Duracell batteries that are rated at 15,000 mAh. The old incandescent bulb that was in the Maglight drew 670 mA. That gives me a projected battery life of about 22 hours with the old bulb. With the Dorcy LED bulb, I found that it drew just 122 mA. I should get over 5 times the battery life with the LED bulb. Only time will tell if this all works out like the math or not, but I'm convinced that the battery life will be significantly better just based on the current draw numbers I've measured. By the way, I ordered the Dorcy bulb using Walmart's "Free Pickup" option where they ship to your local store. I paid $4.99 plus tax for the bulb and NO SHIPPING.
