Three single-origin beans are blended together to create this wonderfully-complex coffee. Our Costa Rican is light roasted, our Colombian is medium roasted and the Sumatran coffee rounds out this blend as the darker roasted, coffee. This bold and traditional blend was introduced in 2013 as we celebrated 20 years of roasting coffee, and it became so popular that we just had to keep it around!

99% of the time Black & Tan is the only coffee I drink. I grind my beans just before I brew a pot and that's the way I've been doing it for almost 3 years. I've spoiled myself, because no other coffee i drink can compete with the taste of this coffee. I might add that I also use Reverse Osmosis water from a system I setup under my sink 4 years ago, because city water isn't as clean as people think.
