The only granulated sugar sold at Walmart or Aldi that is made from pure cane sugar. Both Great Value, available at Walmart, and Bakers Corner, available at Aldi, are made from GMO Beet Sugar!!!! Because they are made from GMO items they are LOADED with toxic agricultural chemicals along with being a GMO product!

I bought this because the regular Equate granulated white sugar is only available for a delivery or store pick up, which is why I chose to buy this. In regards to taste, no different from the regular Equate granulated white sugar, that I have been buying, but more pricey. The side effects is a bit pain on my side after consuming this for 1 week, with the regular Equate granulated white sugar, there's no pain on my side. I guess the cane sugar does affect me in comparing to the regular Equate granulated white sugar. In terms of pricey, I am paying for the name. I would prefer the regular Equate brand instead. But for taste, just like a regular sugar, in a cane form. Would I recommend this, yes, only if the regular Equate brand is out of stock or not available for free shipping arrives the same day or next day with a W membership. The packaging is a bit smaller than the regular Equate granulated white sugar, seems that I paid more for the brand, but got less product inside. This is a fact.
