I can't say enough good things about this product. Easy to assemble. I have two terraces to my back yard, which is heavily landscaped. I use the edging option. I work it hard, and it always gets the job done beautifully. Also, it is lightweight and very easy on the low back. I have another one that I bought six years ago, and it is still going strong, but needed another one as my landscaping expands. Love this product.

The charger flashes red continuously no matter the length of time plugged in. I was, however, able to use the old batteries.

only 1 battery works. i had 4 different people test and try to get the other one to work. its dead. wont charge. very disappointed. 1 battery on low only lasts about 15 minutes. then i gotta recharge for 4 hours. i will try to contct company agaun and update if i get satisfaction of a new battery that works.
