Flash frozen to keep the mixed vegetables flavorful, this mix includes frozen cauliflower and frozen broccoli for a classic combination. These steamable frozen vegetables are made with nothing artificial, so you can feel confident serving it to your family. Enjoy the fresh flavor by itself as a side or top the broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce for an indulgent side dish. These frozen veggies are easy to microwave right in the bag for about 4 1/2 minutes or on the stovetop in 9 minutes. Store the bag in the freezer until you're ready to prepare. Stove top1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick sauce pan. Add ¼ cup water.2. Cook covered over medium heat for 11 to 12 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.3. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and serve.For microwave ovens less than 800 watts please use stove top instructions. Microwave instructions1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack.2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard.3. Let stand for 1–2 Minutes after cooking.Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold the bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy!

with plain frozen veggies like these, i have to put in adds...butter, garluc, spices , sour cream etc. The quality is good. i think theyre a bit overpriced fpr the amt the pkg says it contains . I cut a little slit in the package and cook for six minutes. It makes it a little softer and easier to eat. It's a lot of vegetables in a small package. I love it.
