Definitely a must try

I used the McCormick Banana Extract in my pancake batter and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor came through perfectly sweet, natural-tasting, and not overpowering. Just a small amount added such a nice banana flavor without needing actual bananas. I'll definitely keep using this for pancakes, baking, and other treats.

Tastes like the real deal! Yum!

I recently tried banana extract and it's great! It adds the perfect sweet, natural banana flavor to all my baked goods, like banana breads & muffins, smoothies and even pancakes. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts forever. It tastes AUTHENTIC, not artificial which is great because sometimes you get extracts that leave a weird artificial aftertaste and this one doesn't have that issue. Highly recommend for a warm, cozy banana flavor in your treats!

Great Taste!

I was trying to think of some different ways to use this product and decided on banana pancakes because who doesn't love banana pancakes. The flavor came through at just the right balance of sweet and savory. A little does go a long way...so only need a couple of drops. It added a great flavor to the batter without the addition of actual bananas. I can't wait to try in breads or smoothies!!! Very impressed.
