The Design House Privacy Knob is perfect for bedrooms, bathrooms, and other interior doors where privacy is needed. It features a locking button on the inside knob with no key on the outside. In an emergency, the door can be unlocked from the outside using a generic tool. Finished in satin nickel, this knob works on both left- and right-hand doors and fits the two most common backsets in the U.S. (2-3/4 inch and 2-3/8 inch). It’s designed for standard doors 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick with a 2-1/8-inch cross bore and a 1-1/16-inch edge bore. The knob comes with a 1-inch by 2-1/4-inch radius corner faceplate.
