Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if: you take more than 6 doses in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount for this product

Instructions
Take only as directed. Do not exceed 6 doses per 24 hrs. Adults & children 12 yrs & over: one packet every 4 hours. Children under 12 yrs: do not use. Dissolve contents of one packet into 8 oz. of hot water and stir briskly; sip while hot. Consume entire drink within 10-15 minutes. If using a microwave, add contents of one packet to 8 oz. of cool water, stir briskly before and after heating. Do not overheat.

This is the greatest! As soon as the powder hits the hot water, you can smell that aroma and the vapor just wraps you like a soft blanket. As you drink it, the honey soothes your throat and the 'fumes' just envelope everything else, from your sinuses to your chest it seems. It's a wonderful product that does what it says.

Really helps when I'm sick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks night time flu treatment gives me instant relief compared to other products. You stir the packet into hot water and drink within 15 minutes. After drinking it, I can immediately feel the effects and relief from my symptoms. The best effect is that it relieves my sore throat and helps open my nasal passages so I can breathe better. This product works quickly versus other oral medicine that takes more time to work. I recommend this for any person who gets a bad sore throat or flu.
