This is the superior switch over the 308

If you're confused about the difference between this and the unmanaged regular GS308, note that the 108 has superior MYTBF by far because it uses profession convection cooling, and due to this cooling, can sustain GigE speeds without breaking a sweat. The 108 also has a larger buffer than the 308, though the difference is insignificant. The 108 is what all of you home net builders are looking for.
