Incredibly soft and I have always purchased extra soft toothbrushes. I have my teeth cleaned every four months and change my toothbrush at that time. My new hygienist wanted me to start brushing my gums as I had pockets between many of my teeth and gums. This brush is so soft and massages gently so I have no bleeding. Between being more diligent about using floss, interdental picks, and brushing my gums - there has been incredible improvement from pocket size 3-4 down to 1-2.

These toothbrushes must be extremely popular in our area. The local WM sells out of them very quickly. So I bought two more 2 packs from WM.com. The brushes are unlike any other we've tried.
