Slightly sour but good
Doesn't have any harmful ingredients and tastes great. All three of the kids love it. I have an ulcer and it does not upset my stomach. Two are an effective mg for adults to digest so the potency is perfect

Greta way to get your Vitamin C
Doctor's Best vitamin C gummies are a great way to get your vitamin c if you cannot take those huge dry horse pills. These are crescent moon shaped and have sugar sprinkled on the outside and they remind me of those orange candy slices you see in bags. Serving size is 2 gummies and you get 250 mg each serving with 20 calories, 3 grams sugar and 5 grams of carbs, also 15mg of salt if your concerned about sodium intake. Not sure just yet how they will do for keeping me healthy this winter but I will be buying another bottle of them to use this winter.
