The stabilized R-lipoic acid from Doctor's Best contains BioEnhanced ® Na-RALA, sodium salt of R-lipoic acid ( RLA ). BioEnhanced ® Na-RALA is in its natural and stabilized form RLA, which does not break up at high temperatures, has great bioavailability and biological activity. Very good product , expensive , good package absorption is better than other type of Lipoic Acid which is Alpha because this more like the natural one ,size is ok, taste good ,good for diabetic patient , most important thing to take on empty stomach for at least 45 minutes
