Co-Q10 is a co-enzyme that plays a crucial role for energy production. This particular brand has also bioperine that enhances the action of CoQ10. People who are on statin drugs should take CoQ10 because statins deplete the amount of this co-enzyme in the body.

Necessary if you are taking Statins

Bought for my father who is on Statins for his heart and was limping and felt like he was dying. I made him take CoQ10, which he is avidly against vitamins and supplements but he was at the point he thought he was going to be in pain for the rest of his life. He has been taking these for over a year now and had noticed benefits after a month. He's back to his normal self and his cardiovascular doctor is in support of him taking it alongside his Statins to mitigate the awful side effects of the drug.
