A high quality curcumin in a bigger package. Since I started taking curcumin my joints hardly ever ache after a hard workout and due to my job as a plumber my knees do take a beating every day with lots of sitting on my knees. I believe that curcumin keeps my knees healthy

MERIVA = Superior Absorption

MERIVA = Superior Absorption Curcumin Phytosome is a combination of Curcumin + Phosphatidylcholines (a phospholipid) which leads to better absorption than other curcumin extracts. Since curcumin supports a healthy inflammatory response, it is beneficial for anyone experiencing the bodily discomforts. My husband takes 500mg every day to reduce joint stiffness, provide a relief from joint aches and muscle soreness. He's been taking it for years and it definitely works. No bad effect on liver function whatsoever. Curcumin truly helps improve his quality of life!
