Better sleep

I've been using 5-HTP as a dietary supplement for a while now, and I have to say, it has had a noticeable impact on my sleep. One of the most significant changes I've experienced is that I fall asleep much faster than I used to. This alone is a big win for me, as I often struggled with lying awake for long periods before finally drifting off. In terms of its effects on mood, I haven't noticed any significant changes. My mood hasn't improved or worsened noticeably since I started taking 5-HTP, so I can't speak to its effectiveness in that area. However, the improvement in my sleep quality is enough to convince me to continue using it. Overall, if you're looking for a supplement to help with sleep, 5-HTP might be worth a try. While it hasn't made a difference in my mood, the quicker onset of sleep is a benefit I'm grateful for, and I plan to purchase it again.

This one together with other supplments that I started taking got me out of an unpleasant condition of having menopause symptoms at my age (well before 50+). Thanks to my doctor's advice. Great quality, it started working some days after I began taking them, to my surprise and joy! Thank you so much.

A potent supplement for sleep and memory

Serotonin is one of the 22 amino acids that our bodies need daily to function properly. The benefits of taking serotonin were felt in a day, and my bad moods, such as anger, irritability, obsessiveness and sleeplessness, were diminished after taking this with vitamin C and B6. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch and the size of the tablets is small.
