This disc is very versatile! We use this with my daughter's Hello Kitty karaoke machine (that plays these CD+G discs) so we can see the words on the screen. We've gotten the most use out of it in the car, where it works like any music CD (we're in the car a lot). It's so much fun for our whole family to sing along! On the karaoke machine the graphics work great, there are never any lag times or miscues with the lyrics display. I particularly appreciate that it's NOT the kind of graphic that shows a bouncing ball hopping on the words. Instead, the graphics with this show smooth gradient shading movement over the words as they are sung, with perfect timing, showing exactly which word, syllable, and even length of pause in the music that you're on. The lyrics show up on the screen well before you need to sing them, so you can see what's coming and be prepared for that part. When there are duets (such as Love Is an Open Door and For the First Time in Forever) the graphics clearly show both singing parts, so each singer can follow along with their own lyrics simultaneously. Like most karaoke discs, the songs are not the original soundtrack. Buyers should know that if, for example, it's important to them to have Let It Go sung by Idina Menzel herself. But the vocals and music on this disc are so true to the soundtrack that it's just as satisfying and fun. The great thing about a karaoke disc (vs. the actual movie soundtrack CD) is that you get all the greatest songs, but you also get INSTRUMENTAL-ONLY versions of the same songs. The graphic lyrics work on both the instrumental and vocal versions on your karaoke machine, so go ahead and belt out Let It Go to the music alone, if you dare! The price is great, we got this Site-to-Store on the same afternoon that I ordered it, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the music, vocals and lyric graphics. This is the first CD+G we've purchased for our karaoke machine, and we are so thrilled with the purchase that we will definitely purchase more Disney movie karaoke discs.
