It comes with onesie and the hat. I think for $27 it's a great costume considering all the other men costumes I saw were $50. My man wore size Large and fits into mediums/smalls but it fit him fine. It was baggy enough for him to wear warm clothes underneath. He wears size 30/32 pants for reference.
