Don't buy.

Ordered this for our daughter. took measurements before ordering. When we tried it on it was way too big. There were holes thar would have been tight enough, but how it is designed you can't connect to those holes. Even if you could, it would just come off immediately. The tab is super loose in the holes and if you put this on your kid it wouldn't stay on for a minute.
