I liked the petit Ariel fashion doll which came with a small brush very much. I purchased it for a child who may have been a lil young for it. The lil girl was able to comb out a whole section of the doll's hair: which was kind of frightening. I saw the doll and thought that the lil girl would like it and take care of it. That was my mistake. The doll was dressed in a beautiful lace skirt and colorful top which was sewn together.. The Ariel doll was beautiful and the reddish brown hair was gorgeous… I bought the doll for a 2 year old who might not have been ready for it….The doll may be for an older child.

The petite Ariel doll is so precious! I love that Ariel and the sisters in this reimagining of the little mermaid are all different ethnicities, that led to some very fun and colorful designs for their mermaid tails. The construction of a plastic body with a fabric tail over top is very unique and the quality of the dress and hair is excellent.
