flat ball = no fun

Disorder was not available for in store purchase or pick up in store, because of this I was forced to order for delivery. I was insistent on getting this ball for my daughter as a present, I ordered it and arrived late. Not only was it late but it was flat. I got my money back from the store and they informed me not to worry about returning the product. My husband was able to find a neighbor with a pump to pump up the ball. The stitching was loose on it, and that's probably why it would not hold the air.
